Firestone and McCreary racing tires are designed for racing purposes only.   They are not for use on public streets or as street tires under any circumstances.   The design and compounds used make these tires dangerous for road use.

NO WARRANTY POLICY

Due to  conditions under which they operate, Phoenix, Firestone, McCreary, and Weisel Racing Equipment, Inc. make no warranty, expressed or implied, as to merchantability of fitness for purpose or otherwise with respect to Firestone or McCreary Racing Tires and Tubes, and shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages arising out of use thereof.
